Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

This Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy applies to orders placed on printnear.me, which is operated by Shahji Global Biz Private Limited.

Since most products available on PrintNear are customized and made-to-order printing products, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order or before the order enters the production stage, whichever occurs earlier.

Once the printing or production process has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as customized products are manufactured specifically for the customer.

How to Request Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation by:

• Logging into their account and selecting the order
• Using the cancellation option (if available)
• Contacting our customer support team via email

Customers must provide the Order ID and cancellation request details when contacting support.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our support team.

Refund Policy

If an order is successfully cancelled before production begins, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing timelines are as follows:

• Refund approval: Within 2–3 business days
• Refund credit to customer account: 5–7 business days (depending on the payment provider or bank)

Returns & Reprints (Customized Products)

Due to the customized nature of printing products, returns are generally not accepted.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• The customer receives a damaged product
• The customer receives an incorrect product
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support and providing:

• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product

After verification, PrintNear may offer one of the following resolutions:

• Reprint and resend the product
• Issue a partial or full refund where applicable

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

• Errors in customer-submitted design files
• Spelling or content mistakes in uploaded artwork
• Minor color variations between digital preview and printed output
• Orders cancelled after production has started

Bulk Orders

For large quantity or bulk orders, cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the production status. Such terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
