Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on printnear.me, operated by Shahji Global Biz Private Limited.

Since most products available on our platform are customized and printed specifically for each order, refunds are provided only under certain conditions as described below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable only in the following situations:

• The customer receives a damaged product
• The customer receives an incorrect product
• The product has a manufacturing or printing defect

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team.

The request must include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Customer-provided design errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect artwork, layout issues)
• Minor color variations between the screen preview and the printed product
• Orders cancelled after production has started
• Incorrect order specifications selected by the customer during checkout
• Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Replacement / Reprint

After verification of the issue, PrintNear may offer one of the following resolutions:

• Reprint and resend the product at no additional cost
• Issue a full or partial refund where applicable.

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and internal verification.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

• Refund approval process: 2–3 business days
• Refund credit timeline: 5–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer to the customer's provided bank account details.
