Since most products available on PrintNear are customized printing products, orders undergo a production process before shipment.
• Order confirmation and verification: Within 24 hours of successful payment
• Production / printing process: 2–4 business days depending on product type and quantity
• Packaging and dispatch: Within 1 business day after production completion
Production timelines may vary for bulk orders or complex customization requirements.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Delivery location
• Order size and weight
• Selected delivery method
The final shipping cost will be displayed to the customer during checkout before completing the payment.
From time to time, promotional offers such as free shipping may be available on selected orders.
Delivery Timeline

Currently, PrintNear delivers to most serviceable locations across India.
For delivery availability in specific locations, customers may contact our support team before placing an order.
At present, international shipping is not available unless specifically confirmed by our support team.
Important Delivery Information
• Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery address details during checkout.
• Shahji Global Biz Private Limited will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• All deliveries may require acknowledgement or signature upon receipt.
• Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier partner may attempt redelivery as per their policy.
In cases where a shipment is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
